今次想試一個複雜小小嘅炸雞扒,話複雜,其實係屋企都可以自己整到!
食材:
雞扒、薑、芝麻油、豉油、料酒、麵粉
步驟:
1. 將雞扒切成細塊。
2. 將生薑用擦絲器切成薑末。
3. 分別將芝麻油、薑末、豉油、料酒加入雞塊中。
4. 拌勻之後醃漬10分鐘。
5. 將雞塊上裹上麵粉
6. 將雞扒放入熱油中炸,炸至金黃浮起,再用筷子試下可否輕易戳穿雞塊,如果可以則熟左。
