今次黎試下Cooking Mama嘅麵豉湯。其實非常簡單,但很不幸畀小菜菜整有小小太淡了,本身係可以好成功嘅。不過,近日夜晚都係比較凍,可以整嚟做夜宵,健康又暖笠笠,好舒服!
食材:
京蔥、海帶、豆腐、麵豉醬(味增醬)
步驟:
1. 京蔥切碎。
2. 豆腐切塊。
3. 煮熟海帶。
4. 撈出海帶,瀝乾水。
5. 將海帶、豆腐倒入湯中,煮熟後加入麵豉醬,撈開,最後加入京蔥。(一定要留意湯中水同麵豉醬比例,根據麵豉醬說明書上整)
