大家都識整太陽蛋,今次見到cooking mama太陽蛋好似同我哋平日整開嗰啲有啲唔同,一齊黎睇下會唔會成功吧!
食材:
雞蛋、牛油
步驟:
1. 融化牛油。
2. 將雞蛋打到碗中,留意保持蛋黃完整。
3. 向熱鑊中加入雞蛋,待蛋白由透明變白之後轉小火,加入小小水後轉大火,加蓋轉小火3分鐘即可出鑊!
完成!就咁食會有小小無味,點豉油會更加好食!
