上次試過炸雞排好成功,今次我哋再嚟試下炸吉列豬扒會點?
食材:
豬扒、麵粉、蛋液、麵包糠、鹽、食用油
步驟:
1. 槌打豬扒以增加豬扒韌性。
2. 剔除豬扒上的肉筋。
3. 將豬扒裹上麵粉後再裹上蛋液。
4. 將豬扒上裹上麵包糠。(我自己用嘅係薯片碎,結果味道啱啱好,所以如果用普通無味嘅麵包糠應該要另加鹽)
5. 將豬扒放入中火加熱的油鍋中炸,炸至浮起金黃後撈出,再复炸多次。(因為豬扒比較難熟,要炸多次,並一定要確保豬扒炸熟後先好出鑊)
6. 將豬扒切塊裝盤。
完成!
